If you buy coffee a few times a week and just want the map, Ritual is the cheapest plan at $4.99/mo. If you grab a daily coffee, Explorer at $14.99/mo unlocks Explorer 30 and earns up to $60 in 90 days. Devoted (founding $28.83/mo) is the sweet spot for anyone serious about earning real rewards — it unlocks Daily 50, Pulled 50, and City Champion.* Origin (founding $67.99/mo) doubles challenge multipliers, unlocks Pulled 100/200/300, and adds the founder dinner.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the App Store subscription settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my map if I downgrade?
Your check-in history and earned challenges stay on your account permanently. If you downgrade, your daily pull limit drops to the new tier's limit, your reward multiplier adjusts, and any tier-locked perks (Pull Profile, Coffee Journal, The Pulled Card) pause until you re-upgrade. Your map, badges, and balance are preserved.
Annual vs monthly: which is better?
Annual is cheaper in dollars (Ritual saves $12.00/year, Explorer saves $36.00/year, Devoted Founding saves $313.92/year vs standard monthly, Origin Founding saves $744.00/year vs standard monthly). Annual is locked for 12 months. Monthly is more flexible but more expensive. If you plan to use Pulled for more than 3 months, annual pays for itself.
How does the founding price work?
Founding Devoted ($28.83/mo annual) and Founding Origin ($67.99/mo annual) lock at half price for the lifetime of your subscription as long as you stay subscribed. 500 Founding Devoted spots and 100 Founding Origin spots. When sold out, the founding price is gone — the tier is still available at retail ($54.99/mo Devoted, $129.99/mo Origin).
When does founding pricing expire?
Founding pricing closes when the 500 Devoted or 100 Origin spots sell, whichever happens first per tier. The dynamic spot counter on /pricing is live — when it reads zero, the founding price is gone for that tier. Pulled does not re-open founding seats once they close.
What if I don't earn enough to break even on my subscription?
Pulled is not a guaranteed-income product. Every challenge has a defined payout and a defined target — if you don't hit the target by the deadline, you don't earn. That said: a realistic 90-day estimate at 5 coffees/week is $10 on Ritual, $60 on Explorer, $250-$500 on Devoted, and $400-$850 on Origin. If you check in less than the target frequency, treat the subscription cost as the price of a better coffee map, not a guaranteed return.
How do withdrawals work?
Challenge rewards credit to your Pulled Balance. Once the balance hits $25 you can withdraw to a linked PayPal account from the Earn tab. Withdrawals typically clear in 5 to 7 business days. The $25 minimum applies on every tier. Free trial earnings credit to your balance and apply against the $25 once you start a paid plan.
