Nitro Cold Brew

WHAT IT IS
Nitro cold brew is regular cold brew coffee charged with nitrogen gas and served through a pressurized tap, similar to Guinness draft beer. The nitrogen creates a thick, cascading head and a velvety, creamy texture without any milk or cream.
HOW IT IS MADE
Cold brew concentrate is loaded into a pressurized keg and infused with nitrogen gas. When poured from the tap, the nitrogen causes the small bubbles to cascade through the coffee, creating a frothy head. Served without ice (ice would disrupt the effect) in a cold glass.
WHAT IT TASTES LIKE
Like cold brew with a creamy, almost Guinness-like texture. The nitrogen does not add flavor but changes the mouthfeel significantly. It tastes richer and smoother than regular cold brew.

When you want something cold, creamy, and caffeinated without milk. When you want to try something genuinely different from other coffee drinks. When you want high caffeine in an interesting format.

VARIATIONS
Sweet cream nitro: nitro cold brew topped with sweet cream foam (a Starbucks popularization). Nitro oat milk: still unusual but available at some shops.
CAFFEINE
Often higher per serving than regular cold brew because it is served as undiluted concentrate without ice. A 12 oz serving can have 200 to 280mg of caffeine.
