In the late afternoon the room shifts into a wine bar with a happy hour, and upstairs the Bruyeres run LP Upstairs, a New York loft for private events. Hours run weekdays 9 to 7 and weekends 9 to 6. Order an espresso and a fresh pastry in the morning if you want the cafe at its quietest. Order a glass of wine and a plate at 5 PM if you want the version of FiDi that turns into Paris after work.
