How Pulled Coffee Payouts Work: From Balance to PayPal

Understanding the payout flow is the difference between trusting the system and wondering if the money is real. Here is the complete picture.

Step 1: Complete a challenge

Each challenge has a fixed completion requirement. Explorer 30 requires 30 verified check-ins within 90 days. When your check-in count hits the requirement, the challenge shows as complete in the app.

Step 2: Claim with biometric verification

To claim a completed challenge, you go through biometric verification (Face ID or Touch ID). This prevents someone else from claiming your earned balance if they have access to your phone. The claim screen shows the payout amount before you confirm.

Step 3: Balance credited

Once claimed, the payout appears in your Pulled Balance. This is a USD balance held in the app, not in a financial account. Multiple challenge payouts accumulate here over time.

Step 4: Request withdrawal

When your balance reaches $25 or more (the minimum withdrawal threshold), a Withdraw button appears. Tap it, confirm your PayPal email, and submit the request. The request goes to the Pulled Coffee operations team for review.

Step 5: PayPal transfer

Approved withdrawals are transferred to your PayPal account. From PayPal you can transfer to your bank, use your PayPal balance for purchases, or leave it in PayPal. Processing typically takes two to five business days after approval.

Is there a limit on withdrawals?

There is a $25 minimum. There is no stated maximum, though users who earn significantly through challenges will go through a standard review process before large withdrawals are processed. This is standard practice for any financial transfer platform.
