Pulled Coffee FAQ: Everything You Need to Know

These are the questions people ask most often about Pulled Coffee. Answered directly, without padding.

What shops qualify for a check-in?

Any cafe, tea house, boba shop, matcha bar, or coffee shop where a person made your drink qualifies. This includes chains like Starbucks and independent specialty shops. The only shops that do not count are those classified as Never Pullable, which are venues whose primary business is something other than cafe-style drinks.

How does verification work?

GPS confirms you are at the shop. You take a photo of your drink through the app at the time of check-in. Both happen at once. You cannot fake the location and you cannot use a saved photo.

How many check-ins can I do per day?

Two per calendar day. This is a hard limit enforced on the server. It does not matter whether the check-ins are at the same shop or different shops.

How long does a challenge take?

Explorer 30 requires 30 check-ins in 90 days, which is about one every three days. Daily 50 requires 50 check-ins in 90 days. The exploration challenges (Pulled 50 through Pulled 300) have longer windows. Pulled 300 gives you 18 months.

When do I receive my payout?

After completing a challenge, you claim the payout with biometric verification. It appears in your Pulled balance. You can withdraw to PayPal when your balance reaches $25 or more.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in iPhone Settings under Subscriptions. Your check-in history is preserved for 30 days after cancellation.

Does Pulled work internationally?

Yes. Pulled works at any cafe anywhere in the world. Browse coffee guides by city to find shops in your destination before you travel.

Is there an Android version?

iOS only at launch. Android is planned. The waitlist includes notification when Android launches.
